C-Section Exercise Program
Have you looked in the mirror after your csection and thought, “I should be further along in my recovery?” or “I wish I could improve my mommy pooch”?
ME TOO!!!!
I have had 3 csections and after each one, I think I look less and less like myself. When I look in the mirror, I am usually, like “girl, get yourself together and get this belly toned up”. But after each csection, girl, this is TOUGH to do!
I don’t know about you but have had symptoms that can come along with csection recoveries: low back pain, pelvic pain, pain with sex, lower abdominal pain, bladder urgency and sensitivities.
And as a pelvic floor physical therapist, I have been helping women decrease their above symptoms too.
That’s why I decided to put this group together. I want to share the love with all the proud owners of the “smily face” mommy pooch! So I can help take you where you are to where you want to be. I am determined to share what I have done to improve other mom’s scar tissue mobility and strength in the lower abdomen.
